Which donations are tax-deductible?
✔️ Monetary donations made to the bank account of the Regina Purpurea Fundus Foundation may be deducted:
- by individuals and business owners filing PIT returns — up to 6% of income,
- by companies (legal entities filing CIT returns) — up to 10% of income.
✔️ To qualify for the tax relief, the donation must be made to the foundation’s statutory purposes in the tax year covered by the tax return.
✔️ Proof of bank transfer is required to deduct a donation.
✔️ The method of filing your tax return (e-PIT, paper PIT, CIT) does not affect your eligibility for the deduction.
